We will not be liable if for any reason our Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

2.1. Regular License

- Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for.

2.2. Extended License

- Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users can be charged for.

Note to freelancers and creative agencies: You may charge your client for your services to create an end product, even under the Regular License. But you can’t use one of our Standard Licenses on multiple clients or jobs.

If your end product including the item is going to be free to the end user then a Regular License is what you need. An Extended License is required if the end user must pay to use the end product.

If you bought the product, you are allowed to edit copyright links to point to your website.

UPDATES

3.1. We provide free updates for minor version changes (Example: from 3.1. to 3.2, 3.3....)

SUPPORT

4.1. Our free support is related to fix bugs or errors only for your bought product and it is available one year after you buy the product.

4.2. Support for "how to..." questions or providing custom modification is a paid support.

PAYMENTS

5.1. Our products can be phurchased from Evvato market websites (ThemeForest or CodeCanyon).

6.3. For custom service (software modifications, custom projects, paid support) additional policy and terms of use may apply.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services and all information on the Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not provide warranties or representations of any kind. We make no warranties that the Site, the Services and all information will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error free. All information on the Site may be changed without notice.
