1.2 The terms and conditions below govern the relationship between Host Server SRL (also referred to as "we","us" and "our") and you (also referred to as "User" or "You"). By accessing and using any part of the Site, you agree with terms and conditions described in this page. If you do not agree to all or part of the Terms, please do not access or use the Site or our Products in any way.

We may terminate, change or suspend any part of the Site including any of its content or features, at any time without notice and in addition we reserve the right to refuse or suspend access to the Site or close it. We will not be liable if for any reason our Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

1.4. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms, at any time. You agree to regularly review these Terms and be aware of the changes made. By continuing to use the Site after any posted revision, you agree to abide by it.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

2.1. The entire content and materials published on the Site (including, but not limited to all included text, online documentation, code or software) are protected under domestic and international copyright and trademark laws and/or other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) law. No part of the Site may be modified, copied, publicly displayed, performed, reproduced, published, licensed, uploaded, posted, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including "mirroring") to any other computer, server, website without a prior written consent from Us.

SUPPORT AND UPDATES / UPGRADES

3.1. Update is a minor change made to the product that improves certain existing feature or/and fix bugs or errors. Updates are available for a free download to anyone who has ordered a major upgrade from the same release. This means that if your purchased version is 2.1 you will receive all future versions (Eg. 2.2, 2.3...) for free.

3.2. Upgrade is a subsequent version (2.0, 3.0, etc.) of the Licensed Software identified as a new release and includes major changes to the product and may contain new features or changes to the interface. To receive and use an Upgrade, you must pay price of the upgraded product but you can have a 50% discount.

3.3. Our free support is related to our software features only. We do not offer free support to users without minimal coding knowledge. We do not offer free support related to general conding / developing techniques that can be apply to any general software. For customers who do not have minimum developing knowledges we can offer paid support.

PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

4.1. We offer this payments methods: online payments (2Checkout, PayPal, Skrill, Bitcoin) and offline payments (MoneyGram or Western Union). If you pay by 2Checkout or PayPal, you will get the product automaticaly after your payment. If you pay using Skrill, Bitcoin or using offline payment method, we will manually approve and deliver the product after we confirm your payment.

4.2. Once a digital product is downloaded by a client, we can NOT issue a refund. All payments for our products and services are non-refundable. By completing Your purchase, you agree that you are purchasing digital, non-tangible goods and as such are not eligible to a refund. We cannot issue a refund if the product does not meet your expectations. Before ordering, please, make sure you have read and understood the products features and/or check the product demo/preview. If you are not sure about product compatibility, or have questions about its features, please contact us before you buy our product.

4.3. For custom service (software modifications, custom projects, paid support) additional policy and terms of use may apply.
